CHANGE
If you want to change the size / color / pattern for items you bought, you can do so within 20 days from delivery date.
In this case the return is at your expense.
Follow these steps:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. The CUSTOMER has the right to terminate the AGREEMENT, without penalty and without giving any reason, from receipt of the order confirmation sent by Grendene Italy and no later than fourteen days from the receipt of the PRODUCT at indicated for delivery. In the case of orders consisting of more PRODUCTS, PRODUCTS or consist of multiple lots or pieces, the above term will run from the receipt of the last of the PRODUCTS or of the lots. 2. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by the appropriate procedure available on the WEBSITE.

REFUND
The turnaround time will vary depending on the payment method.
For Credit Cards: The refund will take place by starting from the receipt of the email 10 working days "Confirmation Acceptance Delivered." Accreditation timing on your account vary according to the Institute that issued the credit card.
